The EA Swing speed gates are stylish waist-high security access control gates that operate on the swing open principle with glass (or plastic) panels acting as the barrier gate. Depending on which side of the EA Swing the person approaches, the gate when authorised, will swing open in the opposing direction allowing them passage through the controlled lane.
The EA Swing has the ability to embed most manufacturers access control readers beneath its top glass cover, and with the intuitive LED user indication and guidance, this security speed gate encompasses safety with high traffic flow capacity.

The EA Swing is an ideal security speed gate solution for most access control applications, they are most commonly used in: office’s and reception areas, hotels, fitness centres, gym’s, leisure centres, libraries, schools, colleges and universities, to name just a few.
The EA Swing has been designed as a true access control speed gate and it can be controlled in either a manual or an automatic mode.
- In the manual mode, blades are opened/closed according to the command from a control panel which is often positioned at a reception desk or a remote position.
- In the automatic mode, the blades are opened/closed determined from the signal from an access control system, which incidentally, we can also supply and install for you.
In addition and to meet different requirement scenarios, the EA Swing speed gate can operate in two ways: normally closed and normally open.
As standard, both access directions are free to push open when the turnstile is de-energised such as a power loss.
The EA Swing security speed gate can enable access in either one or two directions to enforce the foot flow of pedestrian traffic.
